There is no parking directly in front of the school and the junction between Eagle Way and Valiant Road is very busy and potentially very dangerous. We ask that you do not drop your children off directly outside the school. For these reasons we stress that car parking is regularly monitored by Suffolk Constabulary and school run a “name and shame” policy of offenders.

Therefore, if you bring your children to school by car, PLEASE would you support our ‘Park and Stride’ scheme and use the nearby The Square car park and walk from there.

If your child is unable to come to school because of illness, please ensure you telephone the school office before 9.30am. If we haven’t heard from you by this point, we will make contact with you.

If children become ill at school, or in any other emergency which may occur, the Head of School, will try to contact you immediately. If this should prove to be impossible or very urgent action is called for, they will act on the advice of the Medical Officer consulted.

PLEASE, therefore, do help us by ensuring that the emergency numbers which we have on record for you are kept up to date.
